We have used Country Tails for the last 4 years when we take our annual vacation. We’ve always been pleased. We had 3 dogs initially and sadly only one now. They’ve always seemed happy when we pick them up and I’m not sure they’re even ready to leave even though they’re happy to see us. The owner always ask for any special instructions and has always followed them when we had them at times for diet restrictions or such. She’s very accommodating for bedding, toys or food I want to send with my dogs. We absolutely recommend services here for a personal experience as she sends updates and pictures during their stay. We rescued a little shiTzu several months ago, and he was a hot mess. He was so matted and dirty, so we took him to see Brandy! She got him in tip-top shape and we have continued to use her ever since! Great pricing, excellent work, and easy to work with!
Brandi did a fantastic job on our Trixie. Trixie is a very large dog and I worried she'd be a handful, but Brandi got her groomed and Trixie looks wonderful. I was so amazed at the price, she is very reasonable. I will be booking our Trixie with Brandi from here on out.
