The first vet I've been to that truly seems to love animals. Dr Nall and his staff are so kind and compassionate . I'm so glad I was referred to him!

The customer service is amazing, Truly! They take their time to understand not only how your animal is feeling but you yourself too. They have the up most respect to the animals and people who walk in their doors. I would love to give 2 reviews at a 10/10 for them bc they are that amazing! I recently was in need of a veterinarian that was local to get my dog checked out. I had used another vet in town in the past and had a bad experience the last time so I chose to try another one in hopes of a more positive experience. I chose to take my corgi to the Animal Medical Clinic in Malvern. When I arrived I immediately felt a very good vibe entering the office.
The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming.
Once back in the treatment room I met Dr. Nall. He was very personable and genuinely concerned about my dog's issues and overall health. He did a thorough exam and diagnosed the issues. He explained the problems and a plan to get him better. He didn't do a bunch of unnecessary tests or try and squeeze more money out of me by trying to sell me on supplements, foods, or useless products like a lot of veterinarians normally do. Dr. Nall was down to earth, and easy to talk to.
I've had experience with a lot of veterinarians in my life and a high percentage of them usually been a bit arrogant, not very personable, and make you feel like you're talking to a wall, but Dr. Nall is completely opposite of that. I highly recommend them if you desire a relaxed, personal and caring experience for your pet and yourself.

The old receptionist there is very rude and unprofessional. I love using dr nall and will go back once she is gone. I have never had a secretary talk to customers they way she did. And I have heard this from several people now

I found Dr Nall after having a very bad experience at another local vet. I took my 13 year old English bulldog to Dr Nall because she was having trouble breathing. They got her in right away, the staff is very friendly and I just loved Dr Nall! He was so compassionate and understanding of my concerns. He took plenty of time to discuss her health problems and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of testing and medications she didn’t need. He prescribed her something that really helped her feel better. He is also very reasonably priced. Dr Nall asked me to call back on a Saturday to let him know how she was doing. I really appreciated Dr Nall’s compassion with my fur baby and will continue to use him. I highly recommend.

We took my chihuahua baby in and she tested positive for parvo. Dr. Nall and his wonderful staff were so kind and caring. They worked out a plan for our baby and it was affordable and it saved her life. We couldn't ask for a better vet and staff. We will not use any other vet for our dogs. Thank you Dr. Nall and staff.

Great place to get dogs nails clipped! In and out. I was very impressed and my dog didn’t freak out either! I will continue to use them!
