My brother has been here 3 months. This facility is very clean. Always smells really good unless a resident has had an accident. Then the staff is very good to get everything cleaned up really quick. The food is good. They have a lot of activities available for residents. The nursing staff is really good. It is an older building but it is kept clean. You will find newer facilities but you won’t find any cleaner than The Springs of Magnolia.
I can’t say enough good things about this nursing home. Their therapy team is amazing, the food is good and the nurses and CNAs treat you like family. Even the people in the office are great, the don, the administrator, the social lady too. They are always smiling and friendly. You can’t tell your in a nursing home, it doesn’t smell like they usually do and everyone is just so nice and welcoming.
We love this nursing home! All the staff are very friendly from the office staff to the people out on the floor. They take great care of my aunt and truly have went above and beyond to make her happy. She has been there for six years and we do not plan on her ever leaving there. It is a home away from home.
