I had to go in yesterday for high fever, sinus congestion and a cough. Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful. I was treated very thoroughly and quickly. I tested negative for flu/covid/strep, my meds were called in and already waiting for me when I got to the pharmacy. They had everything needed to take care of my problem and had me out of there, start to finish, within about an hour. If I have another reason to ever go to a local urgent care, I will use this one.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the provider we saw 11/22 at the Surrey Hills location. This was the 3rd time in a week we went to a provider with our concerns and this provider actually listened to us and took an X-ray of my son’s lungs. She found that he had pneumonia and started him on the right antibiotic. Not only that, but she sat with us for a good amount of time explaining the diagnosis and tx plan. After over a week of fever and symptoms, my son’s fever is now gone and symptoms improving. Plus, the front office provider is so amazing and inviting. We will no longer go to another urgent care. We appreciate you guys more than you know!
