Absolute horrific experience with the people at the Garner Rd Location in Spartanburg, SC today. They tried to charge me almost 650.00 to file taxes and refused to return my documents until tomorrow.

Insanely expensive! My taxes are very simple and straight forward. No itemization and took about 20 mins. I was shocked when they charged me $339! No where I have used in the past has come close to charging me that. Definitely will not use their services in the future. I went to the branch in Taylors, SC.

Do it yourself....I filed early and I've still not received anything.... people done their own taxes have got back before now....same everything as last year got them back in no time should of went back to where I had them done last yr.... still waiting
