Avad3 did the production for a 2.5 day event in Bentonville, and I could not be happier with their services & staff. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and great at their jobs. They utilized our event space to enhance the use of space for our needs, the audio and visuals were on point, and they tackled any challenges that arose quickly and effectively. Plus they went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it. 11/10

The team at AVAD3 was lovely to work with, very kind, and rolled with the punches with some of my last-minute needs. I want to specifically shout out Jessica Kloosterman for her assistance booking AVAD3 services and answering questions on the front end. For the execution of our event, our incredible production manager was Ruth Wallin-Davis! She was so much fun to work with. Leading up to the event, she was responsive, asked questions, and offered advice to make our event the best it could be. avad3 was wonderful to work with for Saving Grace NWA’s 2023 Butterflies & Blooms Luncheon. It was a blessing to have Josh and his team walk alongside us throughout the planning process and day of to produce an excellent program that touched the hearts of donors and led them to help provide a home and resources for young women aging out of foster care or facing homelessness.AV was seamless and we will definitely us avad3 again!
