“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this clinic. During the recent winter storm, one of my dogs had a medical emergency and Pleasant Valley was the only open clinic I could find in town. They were able to fit us in for a same-day appointment. Unfortunately, we had to put my sweet girl down. Everyone at this clinic was incredibly kind, compassionate and respectful throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and empathy. The few phones calls and interactions since my girl has passed have also been very thoughtful and kind. I just can't say enough good things about this clinic and the way they treated both me and, more importantly, my sweet Reese. Thank you to everyone who works here for the compassion you show animals and their humans“

“Had to bring my cat June in this past weekend for what ultimately turned out to just be an upset tummy for her. I just want to say the vet, whose name I forgot to get, was really kind and sat down next to me and walked me through the ENTIRE blood test that they did for her which is something no vet has down for me. If there was an unusual thing on the report he explained why it was the way it was and he made sure I understood why June might be acting the way she was. She's fine and they helped bring some peace of mind. Also, as it is an urgent care, the price is more than what I'm used to with a regular vet visit. However, they do offer payment plans which was welcome.“

“Flea prevention is a little higher than I paid at Landmark Animal Clinic, hopefully Dr. Beach will be better than the new doctor at Landmark. Staff is nice from what I have experienced.“
