1st off I have to say, I don't remember the beautiful young ladies name that did my hair, im so sorry but... I enjoyed my time in that salon so much! She was so sweet we had great conversation, and we were running late it was closing time but the lady that was closing up was so nice and made me feel so important and didn't rush is at all! Kudos to Ulta on Chanel! You have 2 wonderful employees there!!! Thank you for your great service!

Mechile in the salon does great men’s haircuts! Always nice and keeps an upbeat conversation during the appointment! As I dropped my husband off at the salon I walked around to grab a few things and everyone was nice! At least three people came up to me to check on me and when we were done, Opal at check out was nice and talkative as well! Being in retail for 10+ years I look for things like that. A+ in my book!

It was a nice experience overall. However, I deeply feel that more employees could be working at the same time in the cash counters. I have been there twice and witnessed the similar kind of long line, because the kind lady was working alone.
