I cannot say enough about how great of a customer service experience I had! My brother was in Baptist and I wanted to send something non-traditional. I called from Tennessee, and over the phone, the T&H at Baptist Little Rock helped me come up with a package that had a 6 pack of Dr. Pepper, a deck of playing cards, and a small indoor potted plant he can take home with him. Thank you for being creative and finding the perfect combo!

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to give Tipton & Hurst a public "shout out". I have used them as my primary florist for many years now, and I have always been happy with the quality and variety of the flowers they provide. What really sets Tipton & Hurst apart is the excellent customer service! Big orders, small orders, last minute or planned in advance they are always happy to help! I am always confident that my order is as important to them as it is to me. In an age when high quality customer service is getting harder to find, Tipton & Hurst still makes serving the customer a priority!
