Outstanding service, friendly staff, clothes are always drycleaned on time and coupons are readily available for returning customers. Five stars all around and will recommend to all in the area.

Love this place! So thankful they email me about a shirt that was dropped off weeks ago by my son, and I was able to pick up. He forgot that he dropped it off too. Having a Tide bag helps too. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I don't need dry cleaning very often, but I drive pass by Tide Cleaners on Chenal most every day, that's all I would give them a try with 4 casual button-up shirts. I thought they did a very good job; I did learn however that "medium starch" feels more like "light starch", so next time I'll go with the "heavy". But for me, the 5th Star is applied here because of the friendliness of the employees, and the email follow-ups, letting you know when your items are ready, and their price-points are reasonable, though I do wish they offered discount pricing, as I would bring in more items.
