The receptionist, Sandy, is very rude. No one greeted me when I came in or told me to sign in. I was 15 minutes early. Sandy asked me to wait for her to finish filling out some other patients insurance forms on the computer before allowing me to ask if I had arrived on time, I waited five minutes before I interrupted her again, she was huffy. The prescription was changed to a weaker bifocal than I was already wearing and when I inquired about it I was told that the Dr. had decided the distance I was using them at was wrong or some stupid bs the receptionist, Sandy, was trying to explain unsuccessfully. Everything about our visit yesterday with Dr. Johnson was wonderful. All of the staff were truly amazing and made my son and I so comfortable during his first eye exam. 10/10 recommend from us!! ?
