You can book appointments on their website, they give you a timeframe and the day of, they texted me the photos of the technicians and a bit about them. Dustin and Malachi arrived on time and were so very nice and helpful. They assessed our flickering lights and outside outlet installation, then gave us an estimate on the spot. As the work progressed they apprised us of any changes, so the bill would not be a surprise. They were quick and efficient replacing a breaker and installing an exterior outlet box and cover.
