You can book appointments on their website, they give you a timeframe and the day of, they texted me the photos of the technicians and a bit about them. Dustin and Malachi arrived on time and were so very nice and helpful. They assessed our flickering lights and outside outlet installation, then gave us an estimate on the spot. As the work progressed they apprised us of any changes, so the bill would not be a surprise. They were quick and efficient replacing a breaker and installing an exterior outlet box and cover. Just had them come out for a quote on a small project. Both technicians were polite and professional and offered good advice and ideas and a reasonable quote. They are coming back soon to do the work but so far they are awesome.

Rickey representing Stayley Electric Little Rock was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with Service. He was polite, courteous on time and had initiative to correct An address all the issues this included, and after the fact, Service working with the service team of Staley Electric to Create the necessary documentation email based on what energy electric needed for safety compliance on docs on Lake Hamilton. I’m just waiting on the email that they will forward as stay Electric to energy based on the letter that was emailed to Stanley Electric. Again, it was excellent service and attention to detail.
