Whoever just answered the phone was rude as heck. He asked me what’s wrong so I begin to tell him and then he cuts me off 1/2 a sentence in and says “I’m sorry do you want to make an appointment” my response is well “I’m calling around to see…” didn’t even get to finish my sentence and he says “well good luck” and hangs up on me. I would never take my dog somewhere where a person can’t show a minute of compassion during a time someone was in crisis looking for help.

I'm honestly not sure how they still have their license even. My dogs usually do a very good job reading people and they did not get comfortable with these guys who are supposed to be pet experts...I had to hold and help the vet with both dogs the entire visit. Turned out my dogs were right as my bill ended up totaling over $1000 just for annual shots - preventative medicine. I thought it was pretty steep and noticed on my itemized receipt had been charged for every service / exam they offered without ever mentioning they were doing those services.... no idea when they could have though since I did have to hold both dogs the entire visit. Hoping others can see this and can avoid being in that situation as well as it seems many others already have as well already

The worst ever! Did x rays and were not able to find anything they tried surgery and said they had to postpone due to our pet having a fever said to come back later they do not care about your pet at all!

The only reason they are getting two stars from me is because the staff was kind on the front end, otherwise I would be giving them 1. I have taken two male cats to this place, both for a neuter at sexual maturity. The first time with my older cat, I was called an hour after dropping him off to be told only one teste had dropped. so they had me bring him back 4 weeks later only to be told they couldn’t do the neuter because it still hadn’t descended, ended up having to do a full spay surgery to get him fully fixed. Fine, I can see it happening once. My second cat, who has been spraying and seeking a mate (unlike my first when I brought him in)? SAME CALL. The likeliness of partial descent is two percent in ALL cats…and both of mine from different litters and different breeds have the same rare issue? Improbable at best, Swindling at worst. I was charged an absurd amount both times after being quoted a decent price. If you go to this place, expect to be paying at least 100 more than you’re quoted. I will not be bringing my animals here again, and I advise others to not take your business here.

I needed services immediately and decided to come to this place. It was definitely a mistake. The male receptionist and Dr were cold as ice with no mannerisms period. I would never look their direction EVER!!!!
