Students learn about never giving up and build their character and self-esteem. The school provides a great atmosphere where kids can socialize and learn to defend themselves. We had our son’s Birthday Party there this weekend after going to two others this year at their facility. It’s is a great experience and great atmosphere. The kids love it and the staff love them, it’s a tough and rough love situation, but I think in the couple hour time frame of this bday party these kids learn some real life lessons on never giving up, and have a great time doing it.10/10 recommend having a birthday party at Rock City MMA!!!

Rock city MMA is absolutely fantastic! Coach Kirby and his team are phenomenal teachers. Not only do they teach the kids about BJJ/MMA, they also incorporate valuable life lessons in their classes and help the kids build their character and self-esteem.

This has Been a great School for my son. Wonderful place for him to socialize, learn to defend himself, and helped build his self esteem. They have welcomed my son made him and myself feel like family. I highly recommend Rock City and their instructors.
