Rock City Mixed Martial Arts is a fantastic place for kids to learn BJJ/MMA. The instructors are phenomenal teachers who incorporate valuable life lessons into their classes. Students learn about never giving up and build their character and self-esteem. The school provides a great atmosphere where kids can socialize and learn to defend themselves. Great coaches and atmosphere! Whether you are a competitor or hobbyist in this gym you will fit right in. They offer a variety of martial from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No Gi grappling, Wrestling, Boxing and Striking/Muay Thai, etc. I love the techniques that I’ve learned here!

We had our son’s Birthday Party there this weekend after going to two others this year at their facility. It’s is a great experience and great atmosphere. The kids love it and the staff love them, it’s a tough and rough love situation, but I think in the couple hour time frame of this bday party these kids learn some real life lessons on never giving up, and have a great time doing it.10/10 recommend having a birthday party at Rock City MMA!!!

Rock city MMA is absolutely fantastic! Coach Kirby and his team are phenomenal teachers. Not only do they teach the kids about BJJ/MMA, they also incorporate valuable life lessons in their classes and help the kids build their character and self-esteem.
