“Pros and cons of this place are as follows.
Pros (and there’s a lot)
1.Precise/ concise training. You will learn how to explain your documents to your clients quickly. No other firm have I ever met that does this. It’s likely mandatory at KW.
2. Unlimited coffee.
3. Weekly Wednesday meetings that are so structured you are in and out in 60 minutes.
4. Introduces you to a new vendor weekly and that vendor brings lunch for the office.
5. Doesn’t force you to use their in-house lender/title company.
6. Everyone-well, 80%- is there to help you with Jonny on the spot questions. This office wants you to succeed. They will help you at all costs.
7. Active agents and brokers that specialize in land, commercial, multi family, condo/townhome, trailer parks(think Siler), residential
8. Kw built their own CRM. Command. And Sam is the mastermind genius for training you on this. She will break it down for you so you never miss a lead.
9. KWLR has Kerry. In comparison to avenues and streets- Kerry is the BVLD that leads to higher grounds. Watch her. Watch how she responds to everything and everyone. She’s a powerhouse of the best business decisions that everyone can learn from. She is the pilot in every situation.

Here’s the cons
A. The cap is high and KW would stand a greater chance to evolve w the industry and offer two options like LPT.
B. The office fee is high but it does include CARMLS fee and I think Supra or showing time. I can’t recall which one. Still not really a con
C. Unlimited prints is not an option without paying per page after 25/50
D. Parking is limited
E. Office space is limited
F. Cubicles don’t have locks- or maybe they’ve improved that.
G. It is cliquey.
H. Teams have caps to #of ppl and how much you pay.
I. The cost to be a cool kid( and pay attention to who uses that phrase; he’s wise) is high. You will be encouraged to invest and the return may not work.
J. Compliance police is a real thing here. It’s a con if you’re a con- it’s a pro if you have a strong desire to have integrity and dignity.
K. Your single agent split is not 70/30
It’s 70/30 + 6%, plus $100 transaction fee. And while that’s not bad when you consider all the pros, some agents don’t see it that way.

Bottom line is this. You will not find a better office in the GLR area to start in real estate. Many many people are still there after 10-20 plus years. This place makes growth mandatory.“
