The service was amazing!!! This was my first time but I was treated like I was a VIP customer! I am extremely impressed by the customer service for one but also the way they really took their time and did exactly what I asked for. I was very indecisive of color but MiMi found the exact color I was trying to find and explain. Normally when I get coffin shaped nails the tech always file my fingers and I end up swollen around the cuticles and sore, but literally no issues... read full review

As an RN at a large hospital I spend long hours on my feet. Twice a month, I visit Queens Nails for a foot massage and pedicure. They are very pleasant people and I enjoy my visits.Service: Pedicure

Today was my first time to try Queen's Nails. I walked in at 6 pm without an appointment, and I was greeted immediately and had no wait time. Ms. Ann listened, understood, and created the exact look I wanted. I've been a lifelong nail-biter until 2 months ago. My natural nails are soft and fragile, so I wanted the dip powder to help keep them from breaking or snagging. I wanted the brightest white with iridescent sparkles, which Ms. Ann achieved by using 2 dip powders: French White on the bottom and color 163 on the top. PERFECT color, length, strength, shape, and excellent service. All staff were friendly and helpful. I will be a repeat customer!
