An excellent place to relax, exercise, and also take a nice bath. The people at the front desk are friendly.

Signing and out all the time is annoying because some of the staff are just weird about it. Plus The sayimgs on the wall are like out of place and kind of maybe even insulting.

It's always dirty. People on the floor with bags and food. Not enough benches. Missing good machines like in other planet fitness gyms. Not the best area.

I use to love coming here, and then things changed and got worst, now I feel like it's getting even more worse since the summer has come and you guys are doing the summer thing for the teenager to come in. But I feel like they need a time frame. I can't even come in a work out because a bunch on Teenagers are in there. I couldn't get on the machines yesterday, now when I go in this morning all I see is teenagers, so I left before I could reach the door. I won't be doing this. Give them the weekend or a certain time. Not before noon or evening. All they are doing is sitting on the damn machines and others can't get on. Yeah I won't be doing this gym anymore

Update: I just changed my location from this Planet Fitness to the one on Markham and omg I'm so glad we did. The atmosphere, the space is amazing, and with more equipment ( it's better for me and my husband)I will be closing my account down at this one on geyer spring

Very clean. Super nice staff. This place is huge. Lots of elbow room.

This gum changes staff like changing underware. Never same people. I signed to join in Jan,I wanted to upgrade in mid Jan to black membership .At end of Jan I cancelled . Feb and March all the way till May I was charged extra money . My monthly rate was in question when my bank overdrafted because this gum didn't remove the charges . They wanted me to pay for months I didn't even use or sign for. Infact, assistant manager said he seen where I cancelled,but needed to talk it over with manager. Manager blatantly lied stating zi never signed a cancellation
Why would I want to continue going to a gym that steals money from a elderly grandma on a fixed income with Medicare,knowing I was supposed to get membership free anyway because of my age with Medicare ins? This gym is a scam please don't sign any drafts or give routing number or bank account drafts . They like taking advantage of old people as they did to me

Equipment is ok, crowded during peak times.

Great Experience

Cody rocks. The machines work. The music is pumping. The tv stations are playing. I like Planet Fitness.
