These ladies do an excellent job with alterations. I paid a little more for a rush job, but their rates are very reasonable otherwise.

I highly recommend Perfect Fit by Zoila for wedding and reception dress alterations. They were kind, professional, and experienced! It took several visits as I had an intricate lace dress as well as a reception dress. It was worth the wait though with the many details they took care of. They made my vision come to life! Make sure you start the process early with finding a dress and quickly getting it to alterations. Forever grateful for these important details that made my big day extra special. Do not take anything to these people.We turned in a dress on a tuesday to get a slight alter.By saturday, it still was not ready.I called to get the dress.They wanted to charge me an extra twenty dollars for an early fee.And then they wound up, not even altering the dress, very unprofessional people.I live in conway.They had me take the dress to little rock location.Definitely not to my convenience.When I live in conway, they were not eager to help at all!! Turned in the dress on Tuesday needed the dress by noon, Saturday and they had not even touched the dress. When I called them at 10 AM on Saturday and then had the nerve to want an extra $20 for a rush. How is it a rush when they got the dress Tuesday? Make it make sense. I definitely do not.I repeat, do not recommend these people to anybody!!!!!

I wanted a t-shirt to tank top conversion and it be rushed. There were no questions asked about why, the lady explained some things that COULD go wrong and she was very thorough with explaining it too. I dropped it off to them and they did a FANTASTIC job. 10/10 will bring any garment/article of clothing in to them again.

The work is great. The admin side could use improvement. Twice my appointments that were scheduled 2 weeks in advance were attempted to be pushed back day of 2 hours before hand. I was at work both times and unable to change it. Once the text wasn't seen until I got there. The first time the seamstress had an emergency but It was clear the second time they didn't have my original time listed on the appointment even though it was the same time every 2 weeks for nearly 2 months. The seamstress was great though and apologized. She stayed later to help me get the final fitting done. Over all the alterations on my dress were amazing

Went in to have two things done. First I wanted to have a shirt that was a large, fit more like a medium. Secondly I wanted to have two patches put on a jacket. They quoted me on the patches to be applied to the jacket but not the shirt resizing. I wanted the jacket rushed but not the shirt. When finalizing the details about the patches being sewn to the jacket, one of the ladies said they couldn't sew it due to it being an adhesive patch. I have never had an issue before or heard of this being an issue except of some lower end machines. The only reason why I didn't do it myself was because I needed it to be perfectly centered. So I took the jacket and got the patches sewn to it somewhere else. Went to pick up my shirt and they are charging $75 just for a little hem and some shortening of the sleeves. They added $10 for rush order on the wrong item and $65 is still outrageous for a little hem work. I spent more money on fixing this shirt than the actual value of the shirt. They did decent work but not $75 good. I was not quoted on this price for this shirt. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.
