She is a rare USA specialist who excels in identifying & addressing dry eye issues as her primary ophthalmology focus. I only wish I had met her a few decades ago, when I was initially just prescribed drops for dry eye! At least now I am doing what I can (better late than never) to comprehensively preserve this aspect of foundational eye health. I am readying for cataract surgery soon (different doctor), & am more confident as I knew minimizing dry eye disease beforehand optimizes my surgical outcomes. So again, am truly grateful to have such a professional right here in midtown to provide my care. Little Rock is fortunate to have Dr. Noh call this city home.
