Every time I have stopped by, every one has been so nice: even when I need a nose piece adjusted. I bought a pair of eyeglasses here. They even adjusted, at no cost, some old eyeglasses that I did not buy there.

Excellent customer service. A problem arose with the prescrioption and it was resolved professionally and pleasantly. The glasses were ready when they said they would be and quickly, within two hours.

Taylor was exceptionally kind to me and had a positive attitude. She took the time to help me with aligning my lenses and adjusted the frames to fit my face better. She even stayed after closing time to clean them for me. I am forever grateful for her caring and thoughtfulness. She is compassionate about her work and helping others.
