Gave 1 star only to give a review. Never take your truck there. Got in yesterday and told them what was wrong and they said they would get us in it would be 20 minutes to an hour. Waited 10 hours just to pull us into shop and look st our truck. Mind you this wait, international parts were closed. Next morning after international had already been open for 2 hours, no one had even started calling for parts. Our ticket was put to the side and no one was working on it. So after telling them what was wrong and wanting them to confirm the issue, they charged us $519.12 for 1 hour of work!!! Bullshit place, bullshit lies about timeframe and just lack of professionalism in a few people. Pass the buck place. Never will we recommend or go to this place ever again.

Good for PM service. And please set in the Drivers Lounge some outlets for charging phones I couldn’t find and my phone was shut down

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Kenworth shop. Inexperienced technicians that take way too many breaks. When they are working on it it may take atleast 3 technicians to work on it before it can ever get completed. Night shift is a total joke. They say they are 24/7 but they might as well just close at night and not waste anybody time. If you can go somewhere else I highly recommend it.

Absolutely horrible! Went in with a clutch problem and cab air ride leveling valve not working. They never checked the clutch. Needed a throttle positioning sensor and quick release valve. Never checked the clutch on a million mile original in the truck. After they took the old cab bags out they decided the air leveling valve was bad. That was what I asked them to check. So after spending $2700. there is left with a clutch still not working correctly. The air leveling valve fixed the cab problem. DONT GO HERE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET A PROBLEM FIXED HERE THE FIRST TIME!

Went there with a leaking fuel splitter valve. Was charged $207 for the splitter valve. I'm from phoenix. Inland kw the part is $76. This something that I could change at home in 30-45 min max. Obviously I wasn't home. If something went wrong changing in a random parking lot your in trouble but I was charged for approx 1.5 hrs at $250 per hour. I sat outside the bay and the mechanic was not in the bay for at least an hour. I guess just bad luck,but the whole thing is a financial rip off. Service writer and parts person were not my problem.
