I recently had my wellness exam with Dr. Kenneth Johnston at LRFP West. His nurse Heather McLeod did the prelims and was courteous, friendly, efficient, and professional. As always, Dr. Johnston listened to my questions and concerns, and responded accordingly. During my exam he discovered a possible, previously undiagnosed health issue resulting in a referral to a specialist, something they handled. I had a very early morning appointment, so my wait time at this appointment was minimal. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because any time I've had an appointment at a later hour, I have had to wait longer than I liked to be seen.

I have had the best experience at this clinic. Per my previous provider who has retired and my new current provider, Melissa Ashburn she listens very well. She takes your concerns very seriously, and she has one of the best medical assistance named Kimberly.

I have been using this clinic for many, many years. Dr Johnston is my primary. Heather has always helped me when needed, and now he has Tierney, APRN and Annalee her assistant. I get great care and attention from all of them! Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
