Great clinic. They have always treated me very nicely since I moved to Arkansas. Dr. Thomas is a cool dude. And always asks me about my family. And seems to genuinely care about my health.

LRFPC is well-run and the staff is uniformly helpful and friendly. I've been going to Dr. Tucker for years. He's knowledgable, caring, friendly, and professional. The other doctors I've seen upon occasion were also top notch. The best thing about LRFPC is that they reserve some appointment times every day for patients needing immediate care. It's best to call early in the day, as the appointments go fast at 8:00 a.m., when the switchboard opens. I'll never go anywhere else.UPDATE: I still highly recommend LRFPC. The person who answers the phone either has a good attitude or a bad attitude it's a real coin flip. After waiting 20 minutes in a 2 person queue I got Brittany. She didn't really say anything bad but the way she ended the phone call annoyed me. She tells me a have a balance, so I say I'll call my insurance and she just goes, "uhuh bye" and hangs up immediately. I'm really just curious if my phone call was over in about 45 seconds why was I waiting 20 minutes to talk to anyone when I was caller #2. That pretty much sums up my experience every time I call here.
