Pros and cons of this place are as follows. Pros (and there’s a lot) 1.Precise/ concise training. You will learn how to explain your documents to your clients quickly. No other firm have I ever met that does this. It’s likely mandatory at KW. 2. Unlimited coffee. 3. Weekly Wednesday meetings that are so structured you are in and out in 60 minutes. 4. Introduces you to a new vendor weekly and that vendor brings lunch for the office. 5. Doesn’t force you to use their in-house lender/title company. 6. I had a phenomenal experience working with Keller Williams Realty and Broker Jay Coates and his amazing team! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and handled with care.
