Great clinic from the receptionist to the APRN Ronald Ward. The staff is very welcoming and professional. Ronald Ward, APRN is very informative, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your health. Ronald Ward takes time to listen and also allow plenty of time for questions or any concerns that you may have. I highly recommend Hillcrest Family Clinic! If your looking for a provider whose very thorough Ronald Ward is the best!

I had my first visit on Tuesday and when l say l was blessed to find him he tell you what you need to hear or not very helpful friendly easy to talk to so if you’re looking for a PCP doctor look no further

As someone who is very scared of being in the doctors office, Mr. Ronald made me feel very safe and was very caring. Not only him but his staff as well. I had an annual checkup booked with them and I was late a few minutes and they still took me in. Everyone was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Mr. Ronald also went out of his way to make sure if I had any concerns with my health or mental health that I understood the complications and how to prevent/ treat those concerns. He didn’t treat me like a statistic or a number. He treated me like family. THANK YOU HILLCREST FAMILY CLINIC!
