Took in 2 men's dress shirts. I am 6'7" tall so I cannot buy these off the shelf like normal folks. I need one tonight for a speaking engagement. They LOST them both. Yeah I'll say it again....LOST them. I have never had this happen....ever. The girl at the counter had no access to call a manager. None. Who puts employees in positions to fail like this??? Avoid this cleaners. Making a mistake like losing clothes is pretty bad, however not having any kind of management available to solve problems is ridiculous.Edit 1:It is under Ashley Melton. Noah should be fired immediately! picked up my order worth about $35 and gave Noah a $100 bill. He shook his head and told me they weren't a bank! I've been VERY happy with Tide cleaners just down the street. They are very courteous and the operation runs like a Swiss clock!

I don't really know if they do good work or not, as I didn't get past the point of leaving my clothes with them. I went in with 7 dress shirts and 9 suit pieces to be dry cleaned. It all started out ok. I walked in and started walking toward the left counter, but the guy asked me to set my stuff on the right counter and he would be right with me. So I sat my clothes on the left counter with still no problems. He then came over and asked for the name, I had thought my wife had been there before so I gave them her name, but they couldn't find it which I thought wouldn't be a problem and they could just add me as a new customer.
