I literally believe that they could have expended less energy on just being decent
It took extra effort to be as rude as they were. Their tone toward me sounded like they were scolding a dog.
I lasted 30 seconds a in there after being ignored when I said hello walking in. Then ignored when I asked the two attendants which side they wanted me on. I asked a second time and they still didn’t say their first word to me. One of them just pointed at the countertop then scolded me with “is this household!!??”... read full review

It’s truly amazing how dysfunctional this location is!
How can the credit card machine constantly be out of order ALL THE TIME! The vast majority of people have ceased carrying cash, opting instead to use credit/debit card or contactless payments like Apple or Google Pay.
I won’t be visiting this location until management fixes this issue. In fact, I’d suggest no one come here until they do so. If a business can’t be expected to fix their payment system, how can they be trusted with cleaning your clothes?

Poor experience coupled with the worst customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled their mistake is laughably infuriating. Don't recommend.
