Up front sales were good; however, I was told they could not schedule one of my monthly visits because the therapist was on vacation that day. When I called in to see if I could come in and get my products (that only last for 30 days) I was told that they were closed for the holiday (which was on the day before). This means I'll end up going for 4 days without products that they said should be taken every day without fail. Seem they should have given me more product upfront so this wouldn't have been an issue. Seems like a poor customer service experience for nearly $6,000.

This place is a joke. They swindle you in to financing you can't get out of. Victoria the consultant makes it seem like the 12 month interest free payment is through the actual office but she opens up a credit card for you and I missed the first payment because I never received anything in the mail. She also makes it seem like you'll be seeing doctors, but it's just stylist. You basically get, 10 minutes of red light therapy, a shampoo, and another red light and then they dry your hair and give you rogaine for the month, some vitamins and shampoo. It's $2700 for the year. Totally not worth the time. My hair is growing back but it's because I've been diligent about rogaine and vitamins on my own before going here. I was at a real low point when I came here because I lost a ton of hair during a traumatic stress event. Anyway, that's the real deal. Buy your three month supply of Walmart brand rogaine for $45 and purchase a red light online. Take iron, b12, D, and get protein everyday. If the treatment works it's because your hair is responsive to rogaine not because of anything they are doing. Don't get sucked into payments you can't get out of. You are NOT paying the hairclub doctors. That being said the ladies at the office are very nice.

Everyone here is AWESOME. I’ve always been treated with kindness and professionalism. Kimber is my girl for life and Belinda is always there when I have questions. Just a great team. I’m grateful for each experience I have.
