Bad business, bad communication and Rude!! They arrived late, wasn’t even on time. Her braiders can’t even braid well.. AICHA, one of her braiders did a terrible job, she made my braids small in the back and bulky in the front. I’m unable to style them At All!!!! When asked to fix and I offered to pay her to fix it. They gave me the run around and kept saying come back, then when I finally get there it’s other people being braided. I definitely recommend you to stay away!!! Took my $180 and don’t wanna fix the issue. Ended up taking my braids down because they were extremely tight and bulky..

Do not I repeat Do not go to these people!! They are rude and they will scam you out your money. They will not repair your hair if needed nor will they give you your money back, when they have messed up. Go to Touba African hair braiding for best results!!! They are not Good At All!!

I would not even say 1 star I always go to Eva spend more money than I should on my services her daughter install a sew in braids to big loose and when I showed her the pictures before she started and when she finish it was two completely styles 120 and it didn’t last a weak she gotten lazy with her styles now I would not go if it’s not box braids

They don’t listen to your needs! She asked for a picture of the style. After showing her and telling her multiple times before she started and during the process I DO NOT want them too small and thin she did what she wanted anyway! She kept stopping to check her phone and talk to the owner who is rude as well. I’m not tendered headed, but she kept jerking my head and being rough for no reason while parting! Please save yourself from being irritated and unsatisfied!!!

Do NOT waste your time or money booking with them the older lady is EXTREMELY rough as if you are not human I requested her to reschedule 3 times and she refused and continued to being rough and then wanted me to pay before doing my hair

Please don’t come here if you have natural hair, no patience and very rough. Was literally yanking the blow dryer through my scalp. Only shampooed my hair, did not condition.
