I’m not sure if management changed or what happened to this business but they used to do such a great job on threading and tinting my eyebrows. Now?… awful. The young girl who started working on me completely botched my eyebrows, trimming my eyebrows down to almost nothing at the start of my brows. When she started to tint my eyebrows, she didn’t even ask what color I wanted, she just started mixing the tint and proceeded to put it on my eyebrows. My eyebrows are light blonde and she literally just tinted them the same color as my eyebrows lol. The whole point of getting them done is so they’re more prominent and you can SEE them. The lady was on the phone the entire time, when I tried to explain on how I wanted my eyebrows shaped & threaded.. she shewed me off & put her phone on speaker. My eyebrows look uneven and badly tinted.Services: Eyebrow beautification
She did not do decent job. My brows are uneven and hairs were left scattered. I know why it was empty on a Saturday morning. I will not be back nor would I recommend.Service: Eyebrow threading
