The care you get varies greatly on your provider. Dr Simpson is fabulous and I highly recommend. Dr Braswell is horrible. Incapable of listening and diagnosing after always making you wait. Even if you have an appointment, expect to wait an hour or more. No respect for her patients. Multiple visits trying to get a diagnosis that was ultimately found by a RN at an express clinic.Response to reply below. I’d love to reach out directly if given contact info. Only number listed online is the general clinic. I wouldn’t even know who to ask for.
Marissa who answers the phone is an angel. Praise the Lord I called back a second time and got her. Trying to keep my grandma healthy and feeling okay; she went above and beyond to help us on top of being sick… thank you marissa! You deserve a promotion AND a raise.
Dr. Dass is a relatable and concerned doctor that helps any way that he can. The staff is very nice too! I drive all the way from Cabot when I could change to someone closer. He gets me though, so I make the drive ?
