It has been 4 years ago since Joe built our house. The family and I have love it more and more with each passing year. This was the 4th build for us and we, fortunately, had positive home-building experiences with the other homebuilders, but Joe’s hands-on approach, his “eye” and forethought regarding design and function, and the quality of the subcontractors and the years-long professional relationships he has had with them created a home more wonderful than I could have ever envisioned.
