I was fortunate enough to meet Megan M with Central Arkansas Termite in the process of having some bees removed from my place of employment. She is phenomenal! She was very good at educating me, communicating with me, and setting my expectations. At no point did she ever make me feel silly for asking millions of questions.
She took care of renting a lift to have the bees removed from a three story building, coordinated getting it to the right place for drop off and then later for pick up. Keinnan & Christian came out to do our 1st quarterly pest control treatment (we paid the pricing for the annual committment). Keinnan carefully explained the various pests that our treatments would cover, while explaining that organic (the treatment we'd originally planned) repels pests, but does not extermiate them (the non-organic treatment does that). Because we're living in a brand-new house build in the middle of a woods, we changed & opted for the non-organic treatments, likely for the 1st 2 treatments.
