The receptionist is rude and hangs up in your face. You ask for an appointment and they act like your needs are a joke. They do not care about their patients. Go somewhere else!

I have called every month since JUNE to get ahold of billing. In June and July I called weekly if not several days in a row, and I have not ONCE received a call back. I have left messages, no return call. They keep sending me statements saying I owe a bill however I prepaid the said amount; and when I look at my insurance deductible it actually shows way less than what I prepaid. I even sent a letter back to them asking them to call me, and did they call? Nope. It would be amazing if somebody actually did their job or answered the phones during normal business hours. Honestly love my OB and her nurse there but everything else about the clinic is subpar.

Charlotte at the front desk and nurse Kaitlyn are sweethearts.— Always a 1-2 hour wait in the waiting room and exam room combined for an appointment that lasts no more than 10 minutes. YES, I said HOURS.— Heather Owens’s nurse Madelyn "Maddie" is the worst excuse of a nurse I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She couldn't follow instructions if you stamped them to her eyelids. She has delayed me a week's worth of pain meds after ABDOMINAL SURGERY, where I had to call every single day of an entire week to REMIND HER to DO HER OWN JOB. It takes no more than a few minutes to send a prescription to a pharmacy or a referral to another physician. I have also been asking to see a pain specialist since AUGUST. Last time I came in, she told me that she thought I needed a psychiatrist and wanted to know the name of my current pain specialist who doesn't exist due to her negligence. She has never apologized for this completely avoidable mess.— Heather Owens is a good doctor. She takes my health and my pain seriously, she is always agreeable to referrals or procedures that may help me (like surgery), and she is respectful and supportive of my wishes if I decline anything that she suggests. However, Heather is always late, and relies heavily on her nurses to do everything for her without ensuring that they ACTUALLY DO WHAT SHE ASKS. She chats with her staff in the hallway for 1-1½ hours before she comes into my room. I have gone to the restroom before and talked to her once I came out, to get her to take the hint but she never does. She spends 15 minutes maximum with me at each appointment even when I have lots that needs to be addressed. She never asks me if I want to address anything else before ending my visit. When she's ready to be done with me, she stands up, opens the door and guides me out with her hand.Overall, this clinic gets the job done, but not without avoidable runarounds. The front desk staff and my doctor Heather Owens are typically great, but the nurses aren't the best and will cause unnecessary headaches.

This is a fantastic, affirming, safe practice of OB/GYNs. I have trusted my care with Dr Amy Galdamez for years. I frequently recommend this practice.

Worst clinic my wife and I have ever been to. they care more about cash upfront than checking my wife’s insurance coverage and when coverage was validated Lisa in billing terminated her as a patient and canceled her procedure. The office manager and doctors were all conveniently in meetings and couldn’t be reached. Avoid at all cost they don’t actually care about people.

Such a great experience here every time I go. The ladies at the desk are all super friendly and helpful. And I love Dr Weidower Elbe and Trudy, her nurse. They are the best and so caring! It’s a long drive for me to come here but I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Emily Averill and the staff were professional and nice. Dr. Averill listen and gave me all the information that I needed. It was my first time coming here and I had a great experience.

I've never had an issue making an appointment or getting someone on the phone. When I've left messages for nurses, they've called back in a reasonable amount of time. The care I have received here is professional and I have never felt unheard.

I called 2 days in a row, got put on hold twice, then I got told I get a call back, never happened and had to call twice the next day.
