very professional , easy to communicate with, consistent with responding and informing us of our appointment, as well as answering any questions I had before my daughter's appointment. Her shop is neat , nice Décor, clean and conveniently located next door to a hair store. There was no wait time when we arrived , as well as a prompt response when inquiring about booking. My daughter is satisfied, so we will be back for another appointment.
