Called talk with Shane and dropped my Star 624MA griddle of in LR , they cleaned adjusted and works like new again! Everything and Everyone was most eexcetional!

When we were speaking with a customer, bromley’s returned a call that we placed to them. Unable to answer because we were giving good customer service, we had to call back. And received the rudest response…”no one called you…I’ll transfer you to service” when transferred, the person that answered was ruder, why don’t you call the place you bought it from, why you calling us?” Okay….sounds like a fine idea to call someone else. We’ve called about 6 other people first, they all suggested Bromley’s. Trust me when I say we won’t call again and we won’t suggest Bromley’s. We will by a new machine first. Good luck if you need assistance from them.
