I had some Hail damage to my home in Cabot, AR. 72023. My insurance aqgent with the Matthew Brown Farmers Insurance Group, Cameron Tomboli, sent Mr. Kevin Garner from Big Rock Restoration, Kanga Roof to give me an estimate. This young man Kevin was very courteous and polite to me a 62 year old woman. He explained the damages to me in simple understandable English, He gave me an approximate date as to when he thought that his crew could come out and get my whole roof torn off and replaced. He told me that he was upon leaving my residence going to be headed over to my insurance agency location a few blocks away. Todd and Shawn were graciously easy to accommodate for roof replacement for my mom's house due to a old roof. Very efficient, great crew, beautiful look to her house. Completely happy and recommend to use them for roof replacement.
