Todd and Shawn were graciously easy to accommodate for roof replacement for my mom's house due to a old roof. Very efficient, great crew, beautiful look to her house. Completely happy and recommend to use them for roof replacement.

I can’t say enough good things about Big Rock KangaRoof! From start to finish, they made the entire roofing process a breeze, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled—my roof has never looked better! A special shoutout to Shawn, who went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. I initially had a different roofing company come out along with the initial insurance inspector, and claim was denied although it was evident there was hail damage. I called Big Rock KangaRoof and Shawn was here the next day to inspect my roof and worked with my insurance. I requested a second inspection and he was sure to be present to speak with inspector. The following day my claim was approved. Shawn was super knowledgeable, answered all our questions with a smile, and made sure everything was perfect. The roof seems to be doing well, so that is a plus. The process and staff were not great and based on how it all played out they all seemed deceitful. I showed Aaron my estimate from insurance and they agreed do to my roof as written plus a drip edge, ridge vent, and architectural shingles. The roof was done and I inspected it. They showed up to do the work without even letting me know, so I was not home when they started. I told them there was no drip edge or ridge vent and he basically acted like I was wrong. They tried to get out of even completing it after the fact by backtracking and saying my roof did not have those things so it was not done. After talking to a lady in the office and I think someone named Tyler (name may be wrong) they finally came back out. I also spoke to someone about leaving me the extra shingles they had and they told me that there were no extras and they only buy what is needed for my roof, but they would try to get me one bundle. They never did that. I find it funny that my estimate included allowances for the back porch addition covering and that was never addressed or repaired or even options offered to repair it. I do understand my porch was not shingled so they could not do it, but they should have offered to give me the shingles at least. It is good to have extras to match. They simply did not do it and continued to tell me there were no extra shingles. We watched them load up full bundles of shingles and take them away when the roof was done… I also had issues with clean up because we got flat tires (2) from the tacks, etc. I asked several times for someone to come back out and do a rerun of the magnet, but no one ever came. I do feel the work seems to be quality and I hope it is, but the office and sales team are not good. I will never recommend this company again and I urge anyone considering them to do your own research. I have found that it appears the owner has had several companies in the past that have opened and closed and then been reopened in a new name. This seems odd to me.

Recommended by my insurance agent, I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Big Rock. Shawn did all the the red tape details and within two weeks I had a new roof on my home. Todd answered my questions and addressed any concerns. I recommend Big Rock KangaRoof for any improvement needs for your home.

I received a new roof and they responed very quick. Work has been great and roof looks great. From the time I contacted them to the time the roof was completed was less than a week. I was in daily or every other day contact from the beginning. My roof was an insurance claim and they did the roof for what the insurance gave. Only had to pay for the extra I requested outside of insurance claim.

We had a great experience with Kangaroof! Our contractor, Jodi Carpenter, was incredibly helpful, communicated well and in a timely manner, and was very knowledgeable when it came to dealing with the insurance company. The process was so smooth and stress free thanks to Jodi! We will definitely be using Kanagroof and Jodi again for any roofing needs!!

Big Rock KangaRoof was amazing! Jodi Carpenter was so easy to work with! She was timely, followed up, and followed through with everything she said she would do! The crew was timely and cleaned up after themselves. They left the property in great shape! I highly recommend them!

Horrible company. They tell you one thing and then do another. Their guy Toby says they will be at your property to do work and then they never show up and when you call them they just give you a million excuses but never take accountability. The owner Todd will call you to whine and cry about how hard it is to run his business but never gives you his solution on how to fix the problem his employees have created. If you can find someone else to do repair work or roofing work i highly suggest anyone besides Kangaroof!

i called Kangaroo when we needed a roof replacement as they had done our neighbors roof and they were very happy with them from our first contact with Shawn and throughout the process to the finished product we couldn’t gave been happier i’m not sure five stars is enough, but that’s all i could give!
