I used another stylist and made a very big hair mistake with them and ended up with pink hair that I was unhappy about. So much that I have refused to let anyone see a before picture and I ended up box dying it in the middle of the night crying.

So she had a lot to work with.

Robbin not only fixed it but it was also exactly what I wanted! I almost cried happy tears when I saw it!

I was so frustrated after trying with 3 different stylists in the area getting a full blunt bob cut.
