During the recent winter storm, one of my dogs had a medical emergency and Pleasant Valley was the only open clinic I could find in town. They were able to fit us in for a same-day appointment. Unfortunately, we had to put my sweet girl down. Everyone at this clinic was incredibly kind, compassionate and respectful throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and empathy. The few phones calls and interactions since my girl has passed have also been very thoughtful and kind. I just can't say enough good things about this clinic and the way they treated both me and, more importantly, my sweet Reese.
