Everyone we worked with today was terrific, that includes staff and Dr. Johnson. They were had patience, kindness and valued our time efficiently. Today’s visit was a wonderful experience. Thank you.
Staff was friendly. Although, I sat down for 20 minutes and didn’t realize I was to fill out some forms before I was even able to be called back for my eye exam. I expected to be there for 1.5 hours but instead was there for 2.5. It is what it is. But I wish they were faster at getting you in and out. I had to use vacation time for that.
The staff are friendly and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could easily understand. I appreciate the way I felt cared for when I left. Thank you!
