First, the bikes are awesome. My AllRoad rides like a dream both on the road with 28mm tires and on dirt with 35mm! Having two sets of wheels make this bike super flexible, and I don't feel like I give up any performance in either, so I don't see it as a compromise. The team at Allied are amazing. I had an issue with my bike, and the worked diligently and quickly to help me resolve. I can't say enough about their awesome customer service. If you are considering an Allied, just go ahead and do it - you'll love it and the team behind the product!

From my personal experience I would proceed with extreme caution with this company. The branding is great and the mission is fantastic but cross your t’s and dot your i’s. Careful with the allure of sexy marketing.

So I wanted to buy a bike, called the customer service and sent numerous emails. Finally got a response.....this sales guy emailed me-a, told him I wanted a disc bike with sram force, so he sends me one for bike without disc breaks. Told him and he said he would get back to me.....well he never got back to me. With sales people like him the company sure is in trouble. Go buy from Firefly their customer service is top notch.
