In the mist of selling my home, my pocket door had come off track. The roller that was needed to put the door back on track had fell back behind the door. The only was you could get the piece was to remove the whole door. Mark, Fricke, was the best man for the job. He removed the door, got the piece out and straightened the door. All for a fraction of the cost I was quoted. Thank you Mark so much. Keep up the good work.
Mark arrived on time and was very honest with what he would accomplish and the time it would take to get things done. He clearly explained everything he accomplished and did an excellent job.
I wanted my dryer moved but it would need a new vent location. After searching online for help I contacted Ace Handyman of Sherwood. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. Steve came to see exactly where I wanted the dryer moved to and what the job would entail. Mark Fricke was assigned to do the job I had asked be done. He called letting me know when to expect him and that he would text when he was in route. When he arrived he went to work immediately. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and completed the job in less time than he and I had discussed. For the job I needed done I felt like the service was A-one.
