Dropped in twice this week, and will be back the next time I'm in Little Rock! Signup for drop-in was easy. Coach Jade was super welcoming, the space is huge, and everyone was friendly.We did do Karen while I was there, but such are the hazards of Crossfit.

This was a great drop in from out of town. Wonderful and welcoming 5 AM class. Nicole made me feel at home away from home. Thank you guys for a great drop on this morning. Will be back again ?

This place is awesome. I had never tried CrossFit out before and the staff and members were welcoming. Chris and Jade were the best instructors and tailored the movements to a level I could complete the WOD’s and still progress quickly. By far the best CrossFit box in AR!
