We have been using A-tech for years. They have always been very professional and easy to work with. Their employees are polite and know what they are doing. Jeff is the most recent employee we worked with. We are very pleased with his expertise and patience to explain things to us.

My dishwasher stopped working last week. After filling out the form online, Miranda called me to schedule an appointment on Thursday 5/28 and the technician came on Monday 6/1. Jeremy called me 20 minutes ahead of his arrival and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly and was able to get the part and install all in the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend and appreciate the work Jeremy did.
A-Tech fixed my fridge problem quickly. My only issues were a typical big company miscommunication--unbeknownst to me, they had the parts sent to my home and expected me to call when they arrived, thereby delaying the repair--and a demand to pay in advance. I'd never encountered the latter before. Standard payment happens after a job is completed. Be aware of this before employing them.
