All it took was 1 call and I had service on the way. They fixed up my AC quickly and provided excellent professional service. I was well informed of what service was happening and the estimated timeline. They also text and called before arriving.

This is the 2nd I've needed their service and it remains the same quality as before. I really appreciate y'all at 1 Call.

1 Call heat and air is AMAZING. Our a/c went out at the end of June which was the beginning of 100+ days. They came out first thing the next morning to troubleshoot and make a plan. They ordered all the parts and had it repaired the next day. Ray has some honest and trustworthy people working for him. We trust them so much, we gave them the access codes to our house so they could do the repairs while we were at work. So happy that my husband or myself didn’t have to miss work to be here. Great service, trustworthy and honest people. They made our problem their main priority!!

The thermostat was heading toward 90 degrees and the unit was making an unusual sound. I contacted 1 Call well past regular business hours, hoping to hear something by the next business day. I got an immediate response and someone was at my home early the next morning. The A/C was working in less than an hour. It pays to have a contract!
