A very honest company. I was having problems with a window and thought it needed replacement. Don came out to do an estimate. He was able to quickly fix the problem so that the window would close/lock properly at no charge. I will definitely call Tri-State when window replacement is needed.

Whoever manufactures and supplies them with their security doors wouldn't see to a problem and put it back on Tri state
