Not a driver for them but my dad is and he hasn’t been happier! From the start of his employment with them they have been truthful and respectful. When he had a run of bad luck with a few trucks they went out of their way making sure he was safe and taking care of. This company makes sure he knows he is family and cares! If you work for them you are truly lucky! I will say if I was still driving myself I would be in one of their trucks! Thank you for taking care of my father Pete!
Great place to work and really nice and considerate folks who believe strongly in family and want their drivers get home as much as possible. Great equipment to top it off they believe every driver should be able to be for home for the holidays and not spend it by theirselves on the road. I've heard drivers complain that they pay a week behind and the rates aren't the best. That's true but the character of the company more than makes up for it. Every recruiter I've ever worked with lied straight to my face except for George. It is exactly what he said it would be. Dispatch never complains about anything or pushes you to do anything. Most of the loads are drop and hook and in 3 years I can count the number of times I've been stuck waiting for them to find a load on one hand. Bottom line is they take the hassle out of the job and make it easy. They keep you rolling as much or as little as you want to and NEVER chew you out, micromanage or belittle you. Can you say that about your company?
