When I first moved into a home alone I owned as a single woman in Jonesboro, I had Terminix come do an initial inspection on my house and basement for quarterly pests and yearly termite. My house was built in 1934 but was just completely renovated. The service-man looked at my basement and house. I didn't go into basement with him. When he came up out of basement, he showed me pictures...black substance all over boards. They could get it taken care of for me, would be $10,000.I called a second opinion with Superior they came and looked and said those are brand-new boards and there is absolutely NO MOLD down there!!I have used them ever since.
