I have used PC Doc many times and so have friends and family. They've always been efficient and got the job done. They have fixed all of my PCs and thankfully it's never been anything very expensive. I will keep using them until something changes. One thing to keep in mind is that some of the staff and owner are of a different culture than the American culture. So differences in culture don't always mean rudeness, it's just a different way of social interaction that you may not be used to. Don't get your panties in a twist

Very positive experience with this company. Every time help is needed PC Doc has met expectations. Very fast response time and they do what is asked of them. Definitely recommend PC Doc
