I really like this place. We've been coming since it opened & always receive great service. The unsweetened tea is always fresh, the chips aren't too hard or too thin, and the salsa doesn't taste like it comes straight from the jar. (And if it does, it's some good jarred salsa!) The food isn't really anything different from most of the tex-mex restaurants I've been to, but I have yet to get that "canned" chicken taste I get at some, which is a total no go for me. Chicken is not so hard to prepare that it needs to come from a can. My husband usually gets some form of steak entree, my kids are all over the menu, & we never leave unhappy. Of all the mexican food restaurants in the area, this is my favorite so far. The only bummer is they don't serve margaritas. Our family ordered the Queso Fundido (spicy chorizo), but it wasn't spicy at all. The chimichanga and kids burrito was pretty good though. Overall, decent food and we'll be back.
